Proven track record in leading cargo handling, voyage planning, audit preparations, and incident investigations. Currently serving as Principal Surveyor with Constellation Marine Services, bringing deep expertise in marine inspections, insurance claim assessments, and vessel condition evaluations.

Progressed from Deck cadet to 2nd mate during the tenure. Carried out passage planning, risk assessment and risk analysis, using general tools of safety, maintenance of life saving and firefighting equipment, overall, in charge of the navigation bridge, Tanker cargo operations and prepared the vessel for audits and inspection. Also been in the team for dry docking the vessel.

Ø 1 year with N.L.S. Management as Crewing and operation manager. Handled marine ops, QHSE and crewing of 15 ships.
Handled flag state documentation, inspections, bunkering ops etc. during the tenure.

Ø 6 months as Business Development Manager with BTR M. Spearheading lead generation for vessel sail and purchase and fertilizer trade.
